Thank you so much for considering me to help you create video content for 2024. This proposal will lay out idea’s for the type of videos we can create, what’s included, as well as the quote for production costs. I’ve laid it out as a monthly retainer so let me know if you have any questions.

We know SOCIAL Content…

Whether it’s wedding clips with 1 million views, a local Health Clinic’s monthly social media videos or a national social ad campaign for UTZ, we are very familiar with content made for social media. Utilizing clips and moments from your longer form content is just the start. We can design a content plan that utilizes TikTok & Instagram trends to your advantage.

This type of content plan is what we even use for our local coffee shop. Growing the following to 750+ followers in just 30 days. The reels we create on average reach 3-4x the follower count.

Long Form Edits

We want to take your longer form edits to the next level. With branded motion graphics. Picture in Picture designs to make showing you reacting to content better and even adaptable to social posts.

Your 30-60minute documentary style videos will be editing by the same editor that polished and finished the pilot doc in the Community Conversations series. His visual and storytelling style will allow us to keep the pace consistent and encourage longer watch time.

A retainer contract is designed to allow you to create content on a regular basis easily. After establishing a brand look for your content we can easily keep all your videos and photos consistent. The retainer also allows us to start production immediately, rather than waiting for a signed contract and deposit for every individual project. If you have a bigger project in mind ask how you can rollover your balance to fund it.

Next Steps

1. When you’re ready to move forward we will sign the retainer contact
