Hey Friend!

Thank you so much for coming to me to film this new product launch for Philly Pretzel Factory. This is a proposal that will lay out what’s included in production as well as a quote for production costs.

I’m passionate about making videos but also making sure they perform well for my clients once finished. If you have any questions along the process feel free to ask!

Project Description

This video(s) will be launching the summer campaign focusing on the message of “Enjoying Pretzels all Summer Long” Rose has already shared the vision with me which will include 3 different scenes.

Scene 1: A group of teenagers or young adults walking on the beach, setting up a picnic with snacks/soft pretzels, playing catch with a football and enjoying their time.

Scene 2: A single parent entering a home (or backyard) with their child, bringing a bucket of Rivets (our bite sized pretzels) as their contribution to the party snacks, a shot of them mingling/talking/laughing.

Scene 3: A family enjoying a backyard movie night with the movie projector, eating pretzels.

These 3 scenes will be edited into a 60 second video ad as well as individual 30sec spots of each scene. I’ve already talked with Rose about this but I really think we could squeeze out a couple more 15-30second spots as well. Some vertical videos for Instagram stories ads will also be made. These edits will be itemized on your invoice which was sent along with this proposal.

If you decide to move forward with me, I will put together a Visual Treatment to show the general mood and look we will be going for with this video campaign. Below you will find some images I think already show a bit of what these videos can end up feeling like.

Deliverables to be completed

• One 60 Second full ad video

• Three 30 Second mini cuts

• Three 15-30 Second mini cuts from extra footage

All files will be provided in 4k & 1080p and we can talk about different framing formats for Instagram and other social platforms.

• You get my personal passion. I am all in on this project, not just filming but as well as the full creative efforts of the post production and video finishing process.

• I only take on clients who I believe in and align with my core values. Because of this it allows me to bring something intangible to the project that others just can’t. I will work above and beyond to make sure this project is as successful as possible.
