Thank you so much for considering me to help you create video content for 2023. This proposal will lay out idea’s for the type of videos we can create, what’s included in production, as well as the quote for production costs. I’ve laid it out as a monthly retainer like we talked about so let me know if you have any questions.

SOCIAL Media Videos

Social media videos are more important than ever in today’s online landscape. Tiktok, Instagram Reels and even Youtube shorts are all great platforms to find new costumers and build your brand.

I’ve quoted this project to include 1 Full Video Shoot Day per Month but you can split that into two half day throughout the month if there are specific days that work better to film something. We would be delivering

TALKING HEAD VIDEOs

Similar to the video you posted recently. We can do some quick talking head videos. I see these as educational & relationship building pieces of content. It could be you talking or even members of your staff so people know who they are coming to see in person.

We can develop exact video ideas in our monthly Pre-production call.

Developing a Look

We want each of these shoots to seamlessly fit in with your brand. I recommend in the first month we sit down and agree on some signature color grades for your brand’s content. We can do this by test coloring old content or taking the time after our first shoot to develop the look.

A retainer contract is designed to allow you to create content on a regular basis easily. After establishing a brand look for your content we can easily keep all your videos and photos consistent. The retainer also allows us to start production immediately, rather than waiting for a signed contract and deposit for every individual project. We recommend a Monthly or Quarterly retainer. If you have a bigger project in mind you can also rollover your balance to fund it.

• Raw Color Graded Clips Delivered

• Unused balance can be rolled over for up to 60 days to fund larger video projects.

$1,750/MONTH

Full Service Retainer

• 2 Full Days of Video Production Per Month (can be split into half days)

• Custom Brand Color Grade

• 10 Minutes of Content Per Quarter

• (2) 30-60 Second Fully Edited Videos

• Raw Color Graded Clips Delivered

• Unused balance can be rolled over for up to 6 Months to fund larger video projects.

1. When you’re ready to move forward we will sign a contact

2. An agreed upon retainer is required with the signed contract

3. Then we will begin the pre-production planning
